Pickle Pictures - Terms of Service

Welcome to Pickle Pictures (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services. By using Pickle Pictures, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Service Description

  • Pickle Pictures is a monthly subscription service where you can upload up to four photos per month, which we will print and mail to you at the address you provide.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
  • Our service is currently available only in the United States.

3. Subscription and Billing

  • Subscriptions are processed exclusively through Stripe and Apple Pay.
  • By subscribing, you authorize our payment providers to charge your selected payment method each month.
  • Any billing questions or disputes should be addressed directly with Stripe or Apple Pay.

4. Photo Uploads

  • You may upload a maximum of four photos per monthly subscription cycle.
  • All photos are subject to automated scanning through Azure to detect harmful or prohibited content.
  • You retain ownership of any photos you upload, but by using our service, you grant us the limited right to store, process, and print your photos as necessary.

5. Shipping

  • We use USPS to ship printed photos to the address you provide. You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is correct and up to date.

6. Notifications and Communications

  • By using our service, you agree to receive account-related communications via email and SMS.
  • These communications include subscription confirmations, monthly reminders, and account updates.

7. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us directly.
  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or engage in illegal or harmful activities.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Except for the content you upload, all materials, trademarks, and logos on our site are the property of Pickle Pictures.
  • You agree not to use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any delays or issues caused by USPS or other third-party services we use.
  • In no event shall Pickle Pictures be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of our service after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
